Valioso Estudio Creativo is a creative brand and design studio exclusively dedicated to the creation and commercialization of design products, including canvases, physical posters, digital artworks, and exclusive designer products. The studio is firmly committed to complying with all applicable regulations concerning Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT).
The purpose of this policy is to establish commercial control guidelines and to mitigate and prevent the risk of Valioso Estudio Creativo’s online sales platform and products being used to facilitate the movement of funds derived from illegal activities.
Customer Due Diligence Policy (KYC – Know Your Customer)
As an e-commerce business operating under a direct-to-consumer sales model, Valioso Estudio Creativo applies customer due diligence measures through dLocal Go technology, proportionate to the level of risk associated with retail activities.
To process any purchase order, the system mandatorily collects and verifies the following information through the payment gateway:
Full name of the purchaser.
Valid and verifiable email address.
Billing address and physical shipping address (applicable to physical posters, canvases, and designer products).
Standard security validation data provided by the payment gateway, including payment verification, card issuer country verification, and cardholder identity matching.
Transaction Monitoring and Red Flags
Valioso Estudio Creativo continuously monitors orders received through its sales platform to identify unusual patterns. The following scenarios are considered red flags:
Multiple high-value purchases made within a short period of time using different credit cards or payment accounts.
Purchase orders with billing information that does not correspond to the geographical location of the connection IP address or the issuing country of the payment method.
Repeated failed transaction attempts that may indicate the use of automated software or card-testing activities.
Requests for bulk purchases of digital or physical products originating from jurisdictions classified as high-risk or non-cooperative by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
In the event that any of these indicators are detected, the Studio reserves the right to withhold shipment of any product and will promptly notify the appropriate authorities and the administrators of the associated payment platform (dLocal Go).
Strict Refund and Return Policy
To prevent the payment system from being used for the conversion or laundering of cash or illicit funds, the following financial controls apply:
Any justified refund or order cancellation will be processed exclusively by returning the funds to the same payment method, card, or account originally used to complete the purchase.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued through third-party accounts, money transfers, postal money orders, or cash payments.
Record Retention
Valioso Estudio Creativo maintains a secure and tamper-resistant digital record of all sales transactions, billing details, product specifications, and shipping records. This information will be made readily available upon request by competent authorities or the associated payment gateway provider.
Oversight Responsibility
The implementation, maintenance, updating, and monitoring of this prevention policy are the direct responsibility of Valioso Estudio Creativo, ensuring that the online store operates under the highest standards of transparency, compliance, and international digital security.
